Colour Breathing incorporates several known self-help and relaxation practices from areas such as yoga, and meditation: breathing techniques/conscious breathing; heightened awareness of ‘the now’ or the practice of mindfulness and colour therapy. It uses specially created colour breathing disks as the focus and brings about your awareness of the seven major energy centres in your body. It uses the affirmation ‘I am’ to help release blocks and bring about balance and positive changes within.

This therapy can be used in a group setting for relaxation as well as in a one to one situation.
